About one hour drive to the east of Vienna and you will find yourself in the Czech city of Brno. The same location where the Morortechnica Brno Autojumble is held twice a year, saw this weekend the Brno Revival.
The Brno Exhibition center, with a art deco styled main hall, the Pavilion A, built in 1928, was the place of first races in the new born CSSR after WWII. On the same track, there where show runs of prewar cars, pre 1963; 1963-1976 sportscars and Eastern Bloc Motorsport cars – Formula 3, Formula Eater and MTX products.
A little chaotic, with british weather and brave drivers – racing through the rain. After all, enjoy the pictures, it was a first step for them, a good base to build on in the future. Easy accessible location, the car exhibition in the magnificent historic buildings, surrounded by the paddock and the track.
